Software
Collect!, by Comtech Systems, is a scalable full featured
software for credit and collections that integrates sophisticated
multi user contact management, financial tracking with interest,
letter series, data import and export, flexible reporting,
client billing, credit bureau reporting, document imaging,
and much more. Collect! is year 2000 compliant and Windows®
9x/NT/2000® compatible, and supports NT®, UNIX, Linux
and a variety of other server platforms. Collect works with
multiple platforms for import and exporting files including
RMS, London Bridge, Firstswitch and Remtelix.

Interoffice
Link
The offices are linked by point-to-point T1s in order to provide
the best through put and highest level of security. There
are separate full T1s for voice and data traffic to allow
for growth of our satellite offices. The data link between
out headquarters and satellite offices is run through a Citrix
connection allowing the main database to be updated in real
time.

Predictive
Dialer System
CALTROL by Dial Connection is a Windows based predictive dialer,
which conforms to Dialogic standards. The dialer is capable
of running multiple campaigns with a call blending option.
All call results are logged for account updating.

Automated
Messaging System
DPTS by Dial Connection is an auto-messaging dialer with call
blending option. The call blending allows the dialer to pass
live connections to agents working campaigns on the Caltrol
dialer.
